Meet Our Physicians
Michele A. Cofield, MD, FACOG
Dr. Cofield is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She grew up in Richmond, VA where she attended college at Virginia Commonwealth University and medical school at the Medical College of Virginia.
She completed her residency training at Eastern Virginia Medical School and Arnold Palmer Hospital. She worked for three years in Virginia and has now returned to the Orlando area which she fell in love with during her training.
Dr. Cofield is one of a few central Florida physicians to provide Essure®, a simple, non-surgical, hormone-free procedure that provides women with permanent birth control.
